Welcome to St Davids Veterinary Group. Established in 1941 we are a trio of modern, well-equipped veterinary practices in and around the city of Exeter. We are passionate about animal care, and our team of highly skilled vets and nurses are dedicated to providing the best treatment for your pets. We are open for appointments six days a week and offer a 24-hour emergency service within our hospital at St David’s Station. Free parking is available for clients at our Exeter and Exminster branches, local paid parking is available at the Topsham clinic.
